This programme is designed to help preteens and teens embark on puberty with confidence and knowledge. Our empowering and interactive sessions will guide them through physical and emotional changes, building self-esteem, understanding healthy relationships, and fostering resilience.

An in-depth exploration of the physical and emotional changes that come with puberty. This module covers growth spurts, hormonal changes, the development of secondary sexual characteristics, and the science behind these transformations.
A comprehensive journey towards enhancing self-esteem. Participants will engage in various self-esteem building exercises, discussions on body image, self-acceptance, and the development of a strong sense of self-worth.
A thorough examination of the principles of healthy relationships. This module includes in-depth discussions on effective communication, establishing and respecting personal boundaries, the importance of consent, and navigating different types of relationships.
A comprehensive approach to equipping participants with the necessary tools to overcome challenges and setbacks. This module covers a wide range of strategies for managing stress, coping with peer pressure, nurturing emotional well-being, and building mental and emotional resilience.
A detailed discussion about the physical changes, hygiene, and overall health during puberty. Topics include menstruation, personal hygiene, nutrition, and exercise, as well as understanding and addressing common health concerns during adolescence.
An age-appropriate, comprehensive understanding of human sexuality, reproduction, and sexual health. Participants will learn about the importance of making informed choices.
