About Programme
The Body Safety & General Safety Course is a comprehensive, child-friendly programme designed to equip children and teens with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to stay safe in everyday life.
This self-paced course gently teaches children and teens how to understand their bodies, recognise safe and unsafe situations, set healthy boundaries, and speak up when something doesn’t feel right. It also covers essential general safety topics to help children stay protected at home, school, public places, and during emergencies.
Through simple language, engaging explanations, real-life examples, and age-appropriate guidance, children learn that their bodies belong to them, their feelings matter, and help is always available.
